Major commercial crops in India include Oilseeds (groundnut, rapeseed, mustard, and soybean), plantation crops like Tea and Coffee, Cotton, Raw Jute & Mesta, Sugarcane and Tobacco
Coffee and Tea data are presented in Lakh kg
Cotton lint data is in Lakh bales of 170 kg each. Cotton lint is the fluffy, white, fibrous material used to make yarn and fabric, while cotton linters are the shorter fibers left on the cotton seed after the primary ginning process
Raw jute and the mesta data is in Lakh bales of 180 kg each
Other data is in lakh tons

For 2023-24, Groundnut production was 102.9 lakh tons, Rapeseed & Mustard production was 131.6 lakh tons, Soyabean production was 130.5 lakh tons, and Total Oilseeds production was 395.9 lakh tons (~ 39.6 million tons)
Coffee production was 3,605.0 lakh kg and Tea production was 13,820.3 lakh kg
Cotton Lint production was 325.2 lakh bales of 170 kg each, while Raw Jute and Mesta production was 97.1 Lakh bales of 180 kg. each
Sugarcane production was 4,425.2 lakh tons or 442.5 million tons
Tobacco production for 2022-23 was 7.7 lakh tons (sometimes referred to as 770 million kg, for the benefit of readers, the conversion is: multiply by 1000 to convert from tons to kg and divide by 10 to convert from lakh to million, or in effect multiply by 100)
